I foresee a lot of resignation coming, sooner or later. More good people will be leaving and left with all the problematic ppl that have no where to go as this organization have much pity on them. More ppl will be coming too, leaving this organisation run by juniors who have no idea on how this organisation works, making this old organisation miserable and misled.
Me, too, might leave this organisation... after my 1 year bonding period upon completion of my study, if the management is still as suck as now.
Damn, I love this place, this organisation... but certain things are so hard to understand, or, they hardly understand the organisation itself.
